While travelling on a ‘Tournival Journeys’, as a part of your experience, a photograph or video may be taken by the group leader or one of our partners or any of your fellow travellers. We respect your privacy. If you do not wish for your photograph or video to be taken or to be included in any video at any time, please let your group leader or the photographer know. Any photos taken by our representatives or staff (including employees and group leaders) will not be used for any marketing purposes without your prior knowledge. We are not responsible for travellers who may take your photograph or video without our knowledge.

Your personal information enables us to provide you with the trip-related information and all the services requested by you, such as hotel bookings, your flight booking, process payments or any travel-related services. Service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport providers, etc. must be provided with your details to make the bookings.
